Contact form
The form collects your first and last name, company, business email address, telephone number, topic, enquiry and confirmation that you have read this privacy notice. When you submit the form, the information is transmitted to the website’s server function and checked for validity. Spam protection takes account of a hidden form field, the time taken to complete the form and links in the enquiry.
The data is processed to assess and respond to business enquiries. This does not subscribe you to a newsletter or constitute consent to marketing. Valid enquiries are transferred to our CRM system, Pipedrive (see below). No automatic confirmation email is currently sent; we contact you personally.
The technical log records a reference derived from the enquiry and the identifier of the CRM record created, not the content of your entries. With additional information, such an identifier may be linked to an individual.
Business Sparring and supporting documents
Business Sparring can be booked directly through a Google Calendar booking page (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC). You enter your name, email address and any appointment details directly with Google; Google processes this data to add the appointment, including a Google Meet link, to our calendar and send you an appointment confirmation. Data may be transferred to the USA in the process. Alternatively, you can enquire about Business Sparring using the contact form. There is no file upload or online payment. Once contact has been established, send supporting documents by email; please include only the information necessary for your question.
Pipedrive
Valid enquiries submitted through the contact form are transferred from the server to Pipedrive (Pipedrive OÜ, Tallinn, Estonia). Your name, business email address and—for new contacts—telephone number are stored there as a contact, your company as an organisation, and your business enquiry with its topic, message, source channel “Website – Powerminds” and an internal follow-up reminder. Existing contacts are not automatically overwritten. Pipedrive processes the data on our behalf; details of storage location and processing on our behalf are governed by Pipedrive’s terms.
Hosting and technical data
In its current environment, this website is provided through Lovable. When you access it, technical connection data such as your IP address, the time of access and the page requested may be processed to deliver the website and detect errors. Embedded media are retrieved from their configured media URLs.
Font files and external services
The website loads font files from Google Fonts. This establishes a connection to Google; in particular, your IP address may be transmitted. External links to LinkedIn, WhatsApp, company websites and source websites open the respective services. This website does not embed LinkedIn or WhatsApp tracking widgets. Use of external services is subject to their own privacy notices.
Retention
Information submitted through the form is retained in Pipedrive for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and is then deleted unless statutory retention obligations apply. No fixed retention period is promised here.
Your rights
Under the applicable Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), you may in particular request information about the processing of your personal data and the correction of inaccurate data. You may also request deletion or that processing cease, provided the statutory conditions are met and no conflicting retention obligations or other legal grounds apply.
Please contact the company responsible to exercise these rights. Appropriate identity verification may be required to handle a request. For data protection concerns, you may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), the competent Swiss supervisory authority.
Where a particular processing activity falls within the scope of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the relevant rights under that regulation also apply, in particular the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, subject to the respective statutory conditions. Where processing is based on consent, that consent may be withdrawn with effect for the future.
